rower for calories
wall ball - 11kg ball to 8.5ft
24kg kb swings
60kg hang power clean
Reps
Rower 27/23/20
wall ball 20/17/17
kb swings 20/19/18
hang power cleans 10/8/7
Superb metcon, will do this one again at some point
