Tuesday and wednesday

Totally bombed out on my workout on Tuesday - really tired and had no motivation so called it a day had an early night and had woke up feeling better on Wednesday

Push press x 5's

40kg
60kg
70kg
75kg
80kg x 4
82.5kg x 4

then Cinday

15 rounds + 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 squats

WOD

"Cindy"

As many rounds in 20mins of

5 pull up
10 push up
15 squat

14 rounds + pull ups + 4 push ups

(PR is 26)

Poor performance but my conditioning has gone to pot. Pull ups and squats were ok but as usual it was the push ups that killed me.

ach well, at least I have a new bench mark to beat next time this comes up
