Started back training yesterday and just going to mess around this week with whatever takes my fancy. Yesterday was -
Press up to 50kg x 5 for a couple of sets. Power clean 40kg x loads
Tuesday - run in the woods with the kids which was awesome then later on double unders x 5 max sets - 67, 17, 17, 53, 62. Then 10-1 front squat 40kg + 1-10 burpee. Time 13mins 39secs.
Going to use the Front squat and burpee metcon as a baseline to do again at end of the month. We are doing a 30 day paleo challenge and will be interesting to see how it goes
