forgot to post again.
Back to training with a little change - lifting Monday, Wednesday and Friday following the beginners Starting Strength workout. Started last wednesday with front squats, bench press and power cleans.
Friday was back squats, press and pull ups and today was more back squats, bench press and chin ups
Back squat 90kg x 5 reps x 3 sets
Bench 85kg x 5 reps x 3 sets
Chin ups 12, 11, 7 reps
Also got me a new bike which I will hopefully be using to cycle to work, if it takes my weight as it is a BMX...I hate mountain bikes.
