Monday night training didnt go too well - had a bit of a sore shoulder last night and today it is painful from my shoulder down to my elbow. My deadlifts and high pulls were fine but actually putting the plates on the bar was agony WTF?
10 x 2 reps 30secs between sets - 80kg. Back felt fine
High Pulls 4 x 2 reps - 60kg. Back still felt good
Metcon - Didnt happen , arm was too sore when I had the bar over head for the OHS
