Monday 4th WOD

Changed the workout again - original can be found HERE

Changed it around as well just to make sure i was well warmed up - the heater I have is useless

2km row - 7mins 36secs

Push press 65kg x 2 reps x 6 sets

15 strict press 50kg
30secs rest
25 clapping push ups
30secs rest
50 double unders

7mins 58secs - strict press killed me after the push presses.
