WOD


Workout of the day

Overhead Squats x 5 reps

30kg
40kg
42.5kg
42.5kg
45kg

50kg x 3 reps

First time these have come up in the WOD since I started back. I had a brainwave and set up the squat stands on th grass with one of my rubber mats. it was a but uneven until I had another brainwave and layed a sheet of wood down as well and I now have a Hobo lifting platform
