CrossFit Redux day 6
"Twins"
Two rounds, of each couplet, for time of:
750 meter Row
20 Handstand Push-ups
115 pound Thruster, 20 reps
20 L-Pull-ups
(row + hspu twice then thruster + pull up twice)
Time 30mins 24secs
Rows 2min 51secs and 3min 00secs
That was a slog but i really enjoyed it. First time doing hspu for ages so did them down to a foam pad about 3inch thick and did tuck pull up for the L pull ups
