This is todays workout
"Twins"
Two rounds, of each couplet, for time of:
750 meter Row
20 Handstand Push-ups
115 pound Thruster, 20 reps
20 L-Pull-ups
So do the row and HSPU twice then the thruster and L-pull up twice...this is going to leave a mark.
I will be making 2 subs - reduced ROM hspu, and the L-pull ups will be tuck pull ups
