As many rounds in 20mins of
5 pull up
10 push up
15 squat
14 rounds + pull ups + 4 push ups
(PR is 26)
Poor performance but my conditioning has gone to pot. Pull ups and squats were ok but as usual it was the push ups that killed me.
ach well, at least I have a new bench mark to beat next time this comes up

How come its gone to pot? I've really had trouble with pull ups recently but thats purely down to lack of practice.
And as for 'exploding into a snatch'...well I rue the day I gave it up!
its not gone to pot completley, its just taken a back seat since september last year when i started doing more strength based training.
