Monday 11th May - CrossFit Redux

So from the next cycle of 3 main site WOD's at CROSSFIT.COM , which starts on Tuesday, I am going to stop the CrossFit Strength Bias and return to the main site.

I have been thinking of going back to it for a while and after getting my back and shoulder looked at on Sunday. I have been in a funk because of these injuries and need a change.

I have also been missing out a lot of exercise that I really dont like doing - running, HSPU etc so its about time I worked on all of these.
