Workout week 3 day 4

Front Squat

70kg x 5 reps x 3 sets
(had to rack the last set after 3 reps, something strange was going on with my left wrist)

Back squat

70kg x 20 reps

Going to do "Death by Clean and Jerk" later with 50kg
