Cycle 2 Week 1 again

starting again with week 1 - took the rest of last week off

Back squat

3 x 122.5kg
2 x 122.5kg
Stopped as I was not feeling it tonight

Caught up with some pressing

5 x 40kg
5 x 50kg
3 x 50kg


Tag team with Jools

each person do - 500m row, Kb swings while other rows, 250m row, kb snatches while other rows

Time - 7min 21secs

First workout in the shed - great to be out of the wind

I don't know what you did the last time you did squat 3s but 122kg is steller bro'..

I did 5 x 122 for 3 sets last week but think I may be coming down with the same bug that my wife and 2 sons have got - felt light headed and queasy all through the workout
