Week 1 day 4 workout

Was supossed to be front squats but tried 60kg and my wrist was fucking killing me so after an email to Jeff, I ave to drop the front squats from te programme and do the high rep back squat workout instead

So...

Warm up 40kg x 5, 60kg x 5, 80kg x 5

Work set - 100kg x 16 reps

That was tough

Did this in the garden after work at 10.30pm not got time for a metcon as I am really tired after my shift in the warehouse
