6am training on Friday was brutal
Find a hill that takes 60secs to run up
Go back to bottom and overhead walking lunge a 20kg sandbag back to the top
Every time you drop the sandbag run back to the bottom and do 10 burpee
THAT WAS TOUGH.
Did 90 burpees, and after 60 had to chacnge to putting the sand bag on my back as I couldnt keep my arms locked out
