I added in OHS instead of deadlifts - I really need to work my OHS as it is shit.

15 OHS 40kg
10 DB Clean and Jerk right hand  25kg
10 DB Clean and Jerk left hand
10 OHS
5 Clean and Jerk
5 Clean and Jerk
5 OHS

I know the OHS is light but like I said, Im hopeless at them
