Squats and body weight stuff

So first workout of the week

Warm up on rower and then some overhead squats with pvc

12 x 2 reps back squats with 60kg with 30secs rest between

then

3 rounds of  Max reps of

push ups
sit ups
squats

resting at all means the end of the set

push ups 22/15/16 reps
sit ups 56/40/45
squats 109/113/74

last set of squats just killed me
