Had to modify tonights workout due to logistics and weather again, but did manage to do the pull ups ( big winter gloves! )

changed to russian swings at round 2 because going overhead was pulling on my back a bit

good stuff! that workout is absolutely brutal...
i know i could get a couple of mins off that time, but my rower doesnt like the cold weather and it takes ages to set it up for each row.
