Back to training

So my back tweek scared me so much I havent trained since....

Think my mojo has gone on holiday so needed to get back out and get back on the wagon.

Pressing

55kg x 2 reps x 6 sets

then

5 rh kb snatches/. 5 rh swings
5 lh kb snatches/ 5 lh swings
10 push press 40kg

3 rounds but for got to start the stopwatch
