Thursday WOD

50 wall ball
50 pull ups
35 wall ball
35 pull ups
20 wall ball
20 pull ups

used 23pound ball to 8 and a bit foot target

Time - 13mins 40secs

Very happy with this - managed all wall ball with no breaks. Gamed the pull ups into sets of 5 from the start.
