WOD

rest day on friday and then because i was busy and because it was chucking it sown ( the pull up bar gets a bit slippy in the rain ) I took Saturday off too

Modified Nasty Girls

3 rounds for time

50 squats
21 pull ups
21 ring dips
10 hang power clean 60kg

time 17mins 40secs

Split the pull ups and ring dips into sets of 7 each, this way i managed to get through them with more intensity rather than trying to slog my way through 21 of each in a row
