WOD

400m run
50 squats
time 12mins 23secs
went to the local sports centre to use the track, but when i got there I found out there was a big athletics meeting on. So came home and used the old track tat is just up the road from me. Its an old greyhound track that has been tarmacked over and is covered in holes, glass, dog shit etc. But it done the trick!
