WOD

CrossFit rest Day

Well...i didnt rest! Headed up to my mates new gym, Maverick Strength and Conditioning and did a team workout with him and Russell.

The workout was taken from the CrossFit Journal video form a few days ago, it went like this -

3 man team, one person working at a time, 7 rounds of 7 burpee, 7 big tire jumps, 7 db hang squat clean. One person complets a round, then next one goes, then last one.

Derek lasted 5 rounds, and me and Russell finished the 7.
