CrossFit Redux day 7

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups
Did anchored sit ups and good mornings with the Olympic bar. Runs were 860m - from my front door, up to the track, round it then back to the house. Then a quick walk through the house to the Hobo gym for the sit ups and good mornings
Time - 25mins 28secs
Managed all sit ups and good mornings unbroken, so next time need to run faster if i want to get under 25mis
