Didnt train on Tuesday as I wanted to watch some Zombie movies. Went to play catch up on Wednesday but it wasnt happening. Deadlifts were on the menu but my back wasnt happy even with 100kg. Tried 120kg and got 2 reps then stopped
Then at work I just felt exhausted all night, dont know if Im coming down with something or Im just tired

opppsss, I hope this is just a bit of feeling down and not the start of a cold.

terry, think its just a bit of a slump. Its monday now and Im still not 100% but going to try and do something tonight
