Deadlifts
100kg x 3 reps x 3 sets
really happy with this as my 1rm last cycle was 100kg
then
7 rounds of
30 secs ohs 20kg bar
30secs kb swing 32kg
30 secs rest
OHS 15/16/14/13/16/15/16
KB Swing 15/15/14/15/14/15/15
