Workout day 1 cycle 3

First session back after back fiasco

Back squat 80kg x 5 reps x 3 sets

met con - 5 rounds for time - 20 jumping squats/20 lunges/20 kb swings 24kg - time 10mins 25secs

thanks chris, it held up well. Got deadlifts tonight so this wll be the first real test. Going to take it REALLLY easy
