shed was too cold and wet so came in and did a wee tabata kettlebell workout using this TABATA TIMER

tabata right hand swing
tabata left hand swing

1 min rest

tabata clean and press right
tabata clean and press left

used a 16kg, not too taxing but got a wee sweat up

Very nice timer! Thanks for the link. There's another online timer avaliable at thefitblog.net.
It allows for some customization of intervals and has some other neat features like full screen support.
