Week 1 day 1 workout

Today was my first session of the CrossFit Strength Bias programme

Back squat - warm up 20kg bar x 20 reps, 5 x 60kg, 5 x 80kg

5 x 100kg
5 x 100kg
5 x 100kg

then

AMRAP 15mins

250m row
15 med ball cleans x 15reps
24kg KB swing x 15 reps

4 rounds plus row and 6 med ball cleans
