This weeks stuff

No idea why I havent posted all week - so heres what I did

Deadlifts

122.5kg x 5
140kg x 3
155kg x 1

then went for new 1rm

182.5kg x fail x 3 attempts

Back Squats

82.5kg x 5
92.5kg x 3
105kg x 14

run on saturday of about 10ish km - 3 km run to park, then a 5ish km timed run of 29mins, then 3.5kg run home
