77.5kg x 3
87.5kg x 3
97.5kg x max = 15 reps

Got 90kg x 31 last week and could barley walk all week. Though that IF i got to 15 that would be good and managed it ok. Started seeing stars around rep 12, my mate calls that "seeing into the future"


Metcon

In a 15 min window do -

2,000m row

then AMRAP

3 ground to overhead 70kg
6 burpee
12 sit ups

Row 7mins 36secs ( pish )
AMRAP 2 full rounds plus 2 GTOH
