Going back to 5/3/1 lifting from Monday so need to get some 1rm's - tonight was deadlifts
60kg x 5 80kg x 5 100kg x 3 120kg x 1 140kg x 1 160kg x 1 180kg x 1
numbers dont mean anything Russ, As long as you are lifting as hard, heavy and as safely as you can at this given time. As long as you are lifting, thats what counts
