Catch up again

Had a bit of man flu and didnt train for a week apart from a pressing session last Tuesday. Got 80kg!
Had the pleasure of having Mr Z and Louise over for a session




Going back to 5/3/1 lifting from Monday so need to get some 1rm's - tonight was deadlifts

60kg x 5
80kg x 5
100kg x 3
120kg x 1
140kg x 1
160kg x 1
180kg x 1

Dude, you can move some weight! My numbers pale in comparison.

numbers dont mean anything Russ, As long as you are lifting as hard, heavy and as safely as you can at this given time. As long as you are lifting, thats what counts
