CrossFit Kids!

I came out of the house yesterday to find my wee kid had set up a workout for himself - kb swings, pvc pipe presses and box jumps. The box was a bit hig for him but he eventually got some jumps onto it with a little bit of help

Caveman Dad and Greyhound racing

My oldest son did the drwing above of me as a caveman...but check out my caveman kettlebell!

Saturday night was also my mate Kevins stag night. The first part of it was at the Greyhound racing at Shawfield Stadium in Glasgow.
Its the first time I have been to it and was really interested in seeing what a proper racing dog is like compared to my retired greyhound
Didnt have any idea how to place a bet but after getting a quick lesson from Bwian - i bet on the first few races with no success.

Then I hit a winner and for a £4 bet I won £44.64 back!

Another few bets later - no more wins, but at the end of the night I was still up by £20 so very happy with that.
