Satruday at CrossFit Fife

Took a run up to CF Fife tgo see Simon and thier new box with my mate Johnny. We also met Gez from CrossFit Swansea. Simon and Jez had done a fir bit of training before we got there, and after getting us warmed up they went off to do some Oly lifting while Johnny and I did a version of the Lumberjack 20 workout

I got 10 reps in and felt my back start to go so called it a day..stupid fucking back.

Johnny smashed his version of it in 26mins

Krypton Factor assault course

Took a road trip to see my mate Karl down in Manchester, and joined him and the guys from CrossFit Manchester in their trip to the Krypton Factor Assault course.

Had a fantastic time there and also at the BBQ afterwards.

Starting back on the the CrossFit mainsite WOD this week and taking a rest from the strength bias workouts, just to give my back and shoulder some time to heal
