No posted in a while but things have been going great - finished working at the primary school I was in and now Im working for www.strengthshop.co.uk which is a fantastic job!
My training has changed and now Im doing mostly strongman training which I am loving. Here are a few videos of some of the stuff I have been doing.
Got the UK STRENGTH AND POWER meet next Saturday and I am tapering down this week with the plan baing 3 days of full rest before it ...then turning up and turning on HULK MODE!
